PRETTY BEE AND OTHER TRANSLATIONS (2012) a collaboration
with Natalie George.  Two duets are performed back-to-back, each a translation of the other. An experiment in breaking the traditional roles of technician, designer, and performer.

WHEN THE SHOES SING THEIR FINEST SONG Fusebox (2010) A duet with Travis Weller (viola). A collaboratively composed suite of miniatures with origins in spontaneous improvisation. Moments of sound, movement and visuals hover in a spare and open landscape.

THE SOUND OF PAPER Austin New Music Co-op/Electrons and Phonons (2009). “I have always loved the sound of various papers being moved and used. This piece combines an interest in amplifying and magnifying the smaller slower and often more subtle movements and sounds in our lives.”

       What happens when an ancient Qi Gong master does the hula?
       What happens when the slowest movement is amplified?
       What happens when the sensing body is the score?
       What happens when pigs and people get together?

PIGZ R US, Ears, Eyes + Feet, the University of Texas (2008) with Luis Passos. An investigation into the quirky sounds and movements of a mechanical toy and the unexpected interactions between humans, mechanics and technology. Utilizing live processing of  sound in the moment of performance and playing with the random improvisational results.
